DELIVERY

When an item is in stock, delivery usually takes 1 to 5 working days within the US, and 2-10 working days outside of the US. We deliver direct to your door using UPS. Deliveries need to be signed for. Please get in touch for special delivery requests. We will always do our best so that you receive your order as quickly as you need it!

Ground delivery within the US is completely FREE!

RETURNS

Our policy on returned goods is as follows:

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the bookcase and contact us for us to arrange free collection of the item. These conditions do not affect or jeopardise your statutory rights.

If the Tidy Books product is returned to us in the time scale stipulated, in the same condition as it was originally sent and in its original box a full refund will be issued without delay.

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the Tidy Books product you have ordered, please contact us immediately - it may be possible to send you a replacement part, rather than you returning the whole item. Remember we are always here to help you!
